 De GroupWise User Group Nederland (GUG-NL) werkt samen met het internationale GroupWiseR initiatief en organiseert diverse GroupWise evenementen in Nederland in samenwerking met de Partners van de GUG-NL. SKyPRO introduces the SKyCOM Unified Communications client, which integrates with Novell GroupWise to provide Voice over IP services. SKyCOM enhances user productivity by using the PC as the single interface for all communications. GroupWise integration enables the user to use existing address books to make phone calls, to track all communications and to use GroupWise as a simple CRM tool. SKyCOM also allows easy setup of conference calls for up to 7 participants, and will record any call as .wav file for later playback. The .wav file can also be shared with co-workers, improving information flow within the company. SKyPRO will work with existing VoIP server hardware from vendors such as Cisco or equally well with the Asterisk Open Source telephony server. Using the Asterisk telephony server in combination with SKyCOM, a company can avoid large investments for an upgrade to an IP-PBX or expensive IP Phones.

 Horst is the CEO of SKyPro, a 20 year old Swiss firm based in Cham, near Zurich. SKyPRO provides custom programming and large scale system integration and implementation services in the areas of Novell applications and Identity Management. Current and past clients include Swisscom, Swisscard, UBS, Credit Suisse, Novell, and Microsoft, plus many others.
